As part of this mission, we are launching the I-STEM Software Access Portal — a national-level platform that will enable researchers to discover and access software hosted across academic and research institutions in India. Through our initial groundwork, we have already identified 1,000+ software tools and several lakh licenses available nationwide — many of which remain underutilized. |
