Programme Scheme Description
This is a special call of proposal for establishing new State Climate Change Cells under the National Mission for Strategic Knowledge on Climate Change NMSKCC. The programme is being implemented by State Government as identified by MoEFCC as a nodal agency to implement State Action Plan on Climate Change in their respective states. These cells are established to take up vulnerability and risk assessment, human capacity building programmes, public awareness programmes and institutional capacity building apart from other research work.
